GSACRD has been working to develop a platform for students to access virtual counselling supports, and it is now in place. Given the considerations of an online-format, new protocols have been put in place to ensure the same level of confidentiality and professionalism, as much as possible. If you and your child would like to access the individual support services of Mrs. Connell (School Counsellor), please complete the following steps.
1) Complete the attached consent form by either:
a) Printing, signing, scanning, and then emailing to email@example.com
b) Sending an email directly to Mrs. Connell (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating that you read and agree to the consent form and would like to access services for the specific name(s) of child(ren)
2) Book an appointment for a specific time at the link provided:
3) Once you have received an email confirming the appointment from the “On Call Health” platform, you will need to go through the steps to set up the platform on your device. Please do this ASAP, so that any issues can be dealt with before the scheduled session.
Please book sessions a minimum of 24 hours in advance, to allow time for this process to be completed.
